We do not offer outsourcing services but rather partner with our customers to find them the outsource partner that suits our customer best.
• Sourcing, shortlisting and selecting ERP-software solution(s) which best suits the business requirements and budgetary constraints of our customer without having to wade through reams of proposals and marketing brochures and sitting through endless presentations from vendors.
• Restructuring the ICT-team within a business to represent the business needs of our customers, where such needs (or business requirements) have changed over the years and the ICT-team or department has not kept up with the changes.
• ICT-strategy formulation, which goes hand-in-hand with ICT-policy and procedure documentation development to underpin the business needs of our customers.
• Advising and mentoring SMME (Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises for those of you who are not familiar with the South African terminology) businesses in getting their business focused and running as smoothly as the economic environment allows and alerting them to the numerous pitfalls and challenges (such as cash flow) that they can and will encounter as their business grows.
• Assisting companies who venture into the global arena with advice (and hard-learned lessons) on what to expect from ICT and other technology infrastructure services or providers in Europe, India and Australasia.

Our services are available on an ad-hoc consultative pay-per-usage basis or any short-term contractual arrangement that suits the specific needs of our customers.
